January 13-March 13 – Blind Date with a Book – Winter Reading Program 2020

March 7 – Saturday Storytime, 11am – LEAP Into Reading

March 14 – Breakfast with a Book, 9am – “The Boy Who Harnessed the Wind” by William Kamkwamba

March 13 – Final day of Winter Reading Program 2020

March 23-26 – Missoula Children’s Theater auditions and practice (sign up online)

March 27 – Missoula’s 2020 presentation of “Snow Queen” – School performance at 1:50pm; Community performance at 6:30pm

April 4 – Saturday Storytime, 11am – Don’t BUG Me, I’m Reading

May 2 – Saturday Storytime, 11am – QUACK Open a Good Book



The Kindred Public Library enhances community life in Kindred and surround area by promoting literacy and providing materials for enjoyment, education, and research.

The Library offers free WiFi, a Book Sale Room, monthly book discussion, and many fun events for all ages! Watch our Events page for current information.

Visit us during Library hours on:

Monday, Friday, Saturday – 10:30-12:30 (Closed Saturdays June-July-August)

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday – 3:30-7:30

During inclement weather, the Library follows the Kindred School closures and cancellations.
